Payment methods
All product prices available in the online store www.ramkids.gr contain
tax, and correspond to each product description separately.
The company ramkids offers the following payment methos:
- Deposit to bank account
By choosing this payment method, you will be able to perform a bank transaction (information will be provided automatically, upon purchase) (η πληροφορία θα δοθεί αυτόματα τη στιγμή της αγοράς).
When a bank transfer is performed, the customer is charged the commission of the bank that differs, depending on the amount and the respective bank.
Note:
- The order will be shipped only after we receive the payment, a process that usually takes 1 business day.
- Ιn depositing, the following should be indicated:
- In the field "Reason for beneficiary"the order name and order number (for electronic orders).
- In the field "Message to beneficiary"fill in the name of the order, order number (for electronic orders) and the reason for deposit.

2. Credit Card - Possibility of up to 12
interest-free installments
Payment will be charged directly to the customer's credit card. The customer will fill in the appropriate form created by the bank with which we work with, in order to make the purchase. In this form the customer will need to fill the credit card’s number and other relevant information, such as its expiration date. The credit card payment system is guaranteed and secure. At no stage of the process does our company come into contact with this information, such as credit card number, expiration date, etc.
The relevant information with the buyer is transmitted from a protected link directly to
the website of the bank that manages our transactions. Ramkids is not going to store
(and it is not possible) any such information on any of its computers, and is therefore in
no way responsible if any third party fraudulently or incorrectly uses your credit card.
It is possible to pay through credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners as well as Masterpass
3. Pay on Delivery
Cash on delivery costs 2 € extra. The above payment method does not
apply to orders over € 50
If the order is bulky and is cash on delivery then it is sent by ELTA and the collection is performed to the nearest ELTA branch in the area.
