PRODUCT RETURNS

Change-return of products within 30 days
On returns there is a shipping cost of € 2.00.


Product return request:

Call us at 2310813244 or inform us at www.ramkids.gr. We take care of the rest.

Then you will have three options:

1. 1. Order another product (or more products) from www.ramkids.gr. The value of the product you return will be deducted from your new order
   2. (no expiration date) in your name and removed from your next order
   3 Ask us for a refund corresponding to the value of the product you are returning

 the value of the price product

Product return conditions:

1. The product is in its original condition (not worn or washed) and in its original packaging
2. The Paper tag has not been removed
3. Have the purchase receipt or Change Card. Changes are made only with the retail receipt or with a change card
4. The product has been purchased by electronic order. In the products that have been purchased from one of our physical stores, the change can only be done in a physical store
5 Changes are NOT made in leggings, underwear, socks, swimwear for hygiene reasons
